2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Contact form (peachinsurance.net/contact): first name, last name, email address, phone number, and an optional message. Collected when you ask us a question or request a consultation, so we can respond to you.
- Newsletter signup (blog pages): email address. Collected only when you subscribe, so we can send you our newsletter.
- Instant quote tool (term.peachinsurance.net): information reasonably necessary to prepare a term life insurance quote, such as your date of birth, state of residence, general health class, and coverage preferences. This information is used solely to provide the quotes you request.
- Guided application portal (app.peachinsurance.net): if you start an insurance application, we ask for the information insurance carriers need to underwrite and issue a policy. Depending on the products you apply for, this can include personal identification (name, date of birth, gender, marital status, address, contact details); citizenship and immigration details; health and lifestyle information (height and weight, health history, medications, physician information, alcohol and drug use); financial and professional details (income, employment, business ownership, existing insurance policies); and other underwriting information such as travel history, military service, and driving or criminal records. We collect this only to prepare and process the applications you choose to submit.
- Portal sign-in: the application portal uses passwordless sign-in — you provide an email address or mobile phone number and we send you a one-time verification code.
You can browse the Site, get quotes, and contact us without creating an account; sign-in is required only for the application portal. We do not collect payment information on our websites.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
We intentionally keep automatic data collection minimal. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or social media tracking scripts on this Site.
The following limited technical data is processed automatically:
- Hosting and security (Cloudflare): peachinsurance.net and the quote tool are served by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data (IP address, browser type, requested pages) to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse, and may set security-related cookies.
- Application portal hosting (Vercel): the application portal is hosted on Vercel, which processes the same kind of standard connection data to deliver the portal.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection): Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from bots. Turnstile evaluates limited browser and interaction signals to issue a verification token. It is designed by Cloudflare as a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHAs and does not track you across sites for advertising.
- Server logs: Basic operational logs (request URLs, timestamps, error diagnostics) used for security and debugging.
- Newsletter emails (MailerLite): If you subscribe to our newsletter, the emails we send through MailerLite may include standard open and click tracking so we can see which content is useful. This applies to emails only, not to your browsing on the Site.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We do not purchase data about you or receive data from advertising networks or social login providers. If you are referred to us — by a financial advisor, an insurance carrier, or an existing client — we receive only basic contact information (typically your name and email address) so that we can reach out to you. Everything else comes from you directly.

- Preparing quotes — information submitted through our quote tool is used to generate term life insurance quotes and, if you choose to proceed, to begin the application process.
- Processing applications — information you enter in the application portal is used to verify your identity and protect against fraud, match you with suitable carriers and policies, complete carrier applications, and service your policy after issuance.
- Managing our client relationships — contact and inquiry details are stored in our customer relationship management system (Pipedrive) so we can keep track of your requests and follow up.
- Security and fraud prevention — Turnstile verification and server logs help us detect and block spam and abuse.
- Complying with legal obligations — including insurance record-keeping requirements.

Service Providers
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, security, and Turnstile bot protection.
- Vercel — hosting for the application portal.
- Supabase — secure database and sign-in service for the application portal; stores your account and application data, with sensitive data encrypted at rest. One-time sign-in codes are delivered by email or SMS through this service.
- Pipedrive — customer relationship management; stores contact details and inquiry notes you submit through our forms.
- MailerLite — newsletter delivery; stores subscriber email addresses and sends our newsletter emails.
- Microsoft 365 (SharePoint/OneDrive) — document storage for business records, including client files.
Insurance Carriers and Industry Partners
When you ask us to obtain quotes or submit an application, we share the information needed to do so with the relevant insurance carriers (such as those listed on our Site) and, where applicable, brokerage general agencies and underwriting services. This sharing happens only to provide the services you request.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, regulatory examination (including by state insurance regulators), or government request.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
